I was drawn to the idea of clothing often having more than one function. Many garments can be worn in different ways, the multiplicity of such garments allows one to consider them more sustainable. Further exploring the idea of sustainability and the multifunctional aspects of certain clothing I was intrigued to see how far I could push an item's purpose. I was drawn to the scarf as its form allows one to wrap, tie stretch and manipulate them around the subject.
